We do not accept refunds; however, we do offer store credit or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

This does not apply to items covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for any approved return.

For items valued over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Tulas USA LLC does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Eligibility

Must have written proof of acceptance (not guaranteed).

Product must not be broken, damaged, or show signs of wear.

All original packaging must be intact.

Custom or engraved items are not eligible for return.

Any damage caused by the buyer compromises eligibility.
We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
To complete your return or exchange, you may be asked to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email with your order number). Please email support@tulas.co with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
Financial institutions may take 7–10 business days to process refunds. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please email support@tulas.co so we can investigate further.

What’s Covered

Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Natural tarnishing/discoloration from chemicals, perfumes, or moisture.

Lost or stolen items.
How to Use Your Warranty

Email support@tulas.co with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll guide you on securely shipping your item for evaluation.

Eligible items will be repaired or replaced at no cost. For non-warranty repairs, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us at support@tulas.co within 48 hours of delivery.

We verify damage claims using carrier tracking timestamps and delivery confirmation.

Failure to report within this period may void eligibility.
